Our family moved into a new home last spring only to find that our home had developed a water intrusion problem over the winter. After spending months trying to find a company to help us solve the problem, Travis with T&T Waterproofing was the only one to actually dig outside on his initial visit out to determine the issue. We had many companies out who weren’t willing to touch the job because it is under a lifetime warranty with a different company who had installed a basement waterproofing system in 2011. That company said it was a surface water issue so they recommended their employees do a side job to repair it. Only problem was they were unreliable and never even made it out to look at the job. Travis was not only willing to do the work, he came up with a common sense solution that didn’t require us to tear up our sidewalks outside- saving us thousands of dollars. There are bigger names out there, but if I need any future help with foundation/ wet basement issues I’d call Travis. We are so thankful for our dry basement!

T&T installed a drain tile system in our basement a few years ago. They where professional, did great work, and installed the best of the best products. T&T Replaced the french drain in front of my shop. Very responsive to questions and concerns. Reasonable prices and they did everything they said they would do exactly when they said they would do it.

Great experience installing drain tile and pumps with battery backup. We’re reasonable priced, could be here 2 months faster than any other provider and went above and beyond installing a drain basin and long drain pipe outside the house to ensure water was far away from foundation with no extra cost.

Made great suggestions and were so helpful, AND the pricing was great. The drain tile crew they sent out did a fantastic job. They were on time, very conscientious about how they worked around the house. The guys were hard workers, and so very polite! Great experience installing battery backup and having their sister company encapsulate our crawl space. We’re reasonable priced. We even had an issue with the sump plumbing and battery backup a few months later and they came out here and made it right. Great service and would highly recommend!

We had a difficult situation since our house is on an underground spring. They analyzed the situation accurately, dealt with unexpected conditions and stuck with the work until the problem was resolved. They worked hard and were friendly. My project involved tearing out the majority of my old drain tile system and tying into the remainder of the old. With the other two companies they sent a sales person out to sell me their product and upgrades I didn’t need. When I contacted T&T they were able to tell me what the issues were over the phone just from my description. Then they provided a ballpark quote via email just based on measurements and a few answers to their questions. Once I let them know I was interested in doing business with them, Travis came out who clearly has done the work. No sales pitch, just facts, options, and straight talk. Sold!

T&T Waterproofing is GREAT! Travis, his crew, and their subcontractors were professional, accommodating, thorough, and did an excellent job. We challenged them with a multi-faceted project – asphalt removal, regrading the surrounding area, trenching to the footings, adding draintile (interior and exterior), window wells, a rain garden and swail, waterproofing and insulating, adding sump pumps, avoiding our natural gas line and meter, and backfilling the area. They came through for each step and did a great job. We are thrilled with the final result and thoroughly appreciate T&T Waterproofing and the great job they did for us.

I had a really bad case of water seepage in my basement. I tried everything! With no other options I started getting bids and ended up choosing T&T. What a GREAT decision. T&T did an entire interior drain tile system in my basement. Travis the owner is honest and easy to work with. The group of guys he has are professionals and seriously know what they are doing(Nate’s a beast). If you want a PERMANENT solution to ur wet basement don’t go with the big companies like Safebasements, American Waterworks or Innovative basements solutions, where they try selling you on stuff you don’t need.
