T&T Waterproofing & Drain Tile has been a family business since our founding in the early 1990s, built on decades of experience that started with our father's insulation work going back to 1980. We grew up in this business, and in January 2020 we took the helm to carry that tradition forward.

How do I know if I need waterproofing or a drain tile system ↑

Common signs include: standing water, damp walls, musty smell, and visible cracks. Even if you don’t see water moisture will cause damage over time. We can assess and determine the best solution.

How long will it take to waterproof my basement? ↓

Most projects can be completed in just a few days depending on the size and scope of work, but we would give a timeline before starting the project.

Could my eavestrough be causing water leakage in my basement? ↓

It’s possible that eavestrough that is not directed away from the home is contributing to a leak. The grade of your lawn may also be an issue. Ideally your grade should be roughly 6 inches over 10 feet. We’ll assess this for you during a site visit.

How soon should I repair a crack in my foundation? ↓

It is highly critical to repair foundation issues the moment they are identified. Underlying causes such as soil erosion, hydrostatic pressure, and frost heaves will inevitably lead to exponential structural failure and massive repair costs if left unaddressed.

Can a leaking crack in my basement wall be permanently fixed? ↓

Yes. Cracks in foundation walls can be permanently repaired without always requiring disruptive exterior excavation. We utilize state-of-the-art polyurethane and epoxy injection technologies to aggressively weld the concrete back together and simultaneously block groundwater.
